The Library shall be accessible in the specified periods during weekdays and weekends. It shall be closed during public
holidays and community service days (e.g. Umuganda day).Library hours shall change during the academic year, while classes are
in session, over the weekend, during semester breaks, examination periods.
Opening and closing procedure
URLS shall open and close according to posted schedules in order to meet expectations of library users. URLS shall adhere time announced in the library schedule since fiscal constraints prevent the library from operating a more liberal schedule of hours and services. URLS shall operate varied opening times as illustrated in Table below:
